The calendar is used by the Mentor to indicate 30-minute timeslots where the Mentor is available for a Mentor Session.
This page is accessed as the Calendar tab, on the User Dashboard.
Experts indicate availability by adding a timeslot. Times/Days left unmarked are treated as unavailable to Clients. Click to add, click to remove a timeslot.
Clients do not access this calendar directly. They are simply presented a list of available times. In general, the Client is presented only a subset of your available times:
- Only times within the next two weeks.
- Only times more than 24 hours in the future. (This prevents someone from arranging a meeting with insufficient lead-time.)
